(2) FinEst Centre for Smart Cities, TalTech
In addition, each paper has to mention the H2020 grant in the acknowledgement. For example:

-
Piloting Programme: "This work has been supported by the European Regional and Development Fund, co-funded by the Estonian Ministry of Education and Research, under grant agreement No. 2014-2020.4.01.20-0289"

Grant Application: In grant applications, a reference should be made to the FinEst Centre. For example:

-
The grant application asks Letter of Support from FinEst Centre (Ralf-Martin.Soe@taltech.ee). See the LoS template (you need access to SharePoint for this template).
In the case of the dual-affiliation, the H2020 costs are more probably to be considered eligible.
-
Joint Aalto-TalTech papers and grant applications. When evaluating the streams´ performance (after every 15-18 months), we appreciate with higher value papers and grant applications that have author(s) from both universities, Aalto and TalTech. In this case, at least one author has to have an affiliation to the FinEst Centre.
In the case of the dual-teams, the H2020 costs are more probably to be considered eligible
RESEACHERS NOT DIRECTLY FUNDED FROM H2020 teaming:
-
All researchers mentioned in the Grant Agreement by name have an automatic right to become an Affiliate Fellow with the same conditions as above (with or without receiving a salary).
-
Visiting Research Trainee. Doctoral and Master students who are suggested by FinEst Centre research and innovation stream members may get this nomination. They are then supposed to actively participate in FinEst Centre Research and Innovation activities.
