The Urban Learning Center (ULC) is designed as an umbrella for various programme and learning opportunities, knowledge management and stakeholder engagement of the M4EG network, and will be supported by an online platform. The ULC aims to be a learning ecosystem to facilitate the cooperation and learning among the members of the partnership. It can offer formal learning, new tools and approaches, mentoring, learning visits, learning resources and certificates as well as workshops.
The launch of the ULC occurred on the 7th of December, 2022, and had an audience of more than 120 participants with live interpretation in 7 languages. The role of the FinEst Centre is to co-develop part of the modules of the learning journey ranging from smartening cities to social innovation and design thinking.
