Hadi Ghanbari is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Information and Service Management, Aalto University School of Business, Finland. Simultaneously, he is a visiting research fellow at FinEst Centre for Smart Cities, Estonia. He mostly conducts empirical research on socio-technical aspects of information systems development and digital innovation, with a focus on Technical Debt, information security, and stakeholders’ collaboration. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Jyväskylä, Finland (2017), a M.Sc. in Information Systems from the University of Oulu, Finland (2012), and a B.Eng. in Software Engineering from Azad University, Iran (2005). During his academic career, he has been involved in several industry-driven R&D projects both as a project manager and a researcher. Before his academic career, he has worked in several positions in the IT industry for more than eight years.
