Raiko Puustusmaa

Raiko Puustusmaa is a housing policy expert at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communication who leads the projects that aim at creating a positive change in spatial development and spatial quality. He is also responsible for developing new support measures for the renovation market in order to support housing sector innovation, energy efficiency and quality gains. Beforehand, he has helped the development of the new national long-term strategy „Estonia 2035“ and supported the preparation of the new EU structural funds 2021-2027 period at the Ministry of Finance.
